Our History
Tiffany was started in December, 1976, with two facilities, totaling 110 beds and 80 employees. Today we have 6 facilities with 360 beds and 350 employees.

Since 1993 Tiffany has also provided in-home services to clients. We currently serve 56 counties of Missouri with 8 offices and over 300 employees.

In 2007 Tiffany began an in-house therapy department to provide quality therapy and rehabilitation services to our residents and the local communities. Therapy services are available at all six nursing homes for inpatient services. Outpatient services are currently available at five of the nursing homes.

It has always been the philosophy and practice of Tiffany Care Centers that we provide quality care to our seniors and have quality care teams to provide this care. Tiffany Care Centers takes pride in both our facilities and our staff.

Our facilities serve persons in need of a variety of levels of care, from temporary respite care and short-term transitional skilled nursing and rehabilitative services after acute hospitalization to long-term intermediate care and skilled hospice.
