Tiffany Care Centers, Inc. is a health care provider dedicated to a quality of life that promotes the dignity and well being of residents, clients and their families.

Tiffany Care Centers, Inc. believes that all people, especially the elderly, deserve to maintain the highest possible quality of life throughout their lifetime, and we are dedicated to providing quality care to these individuals in whatever environment best enhances their quality of life.

To reach this goal, we offer services either in individuals' homes through Tiffany In-Home Services or in our long-term care facilities.

Tiffany was started in December, 1976, with two nursing homes, totaling 110 beds and 80 employees. Today we have 6 nursing homes with 360 beds and 350 employees.

Since 1993 Tiffany has also provided in-home care services to clients. We currently serve 56 counties of Missouri with 8 offices and over 300 employees.

In 2007 Tiffany began an in-house therapy department to provide quality therapy and rehabilitation services to our residents and the local communities. Therapy services are available at all six nursing homes for inpatient services. Outpatient services are currently available at five of the nursing homes.

It has always been the philosophy and practice of Tiffany Care Centers to provide quality care to our seniors and have quality care teams to provide this care. Tiffany Care Centers takes pride in both our facilities and our staff.
