Rates (per day) include: room and board, 24-hour nursing care, maid and laundry service, snacks, and resident activities. Payments are due on first of the month. 30-day written notice given on any rate adjustment.

Barber and beauty shop services, medications, clothes, oxygen, and transportation to doctor appointments are charged to individual resident. (Cost may vary with type of reimbursement program resident is under.)

Refunds are based on the daily rates less supplies and charges used by resident. Day of admission - not day of discharge - will be charged.

A room reservation charges may apply to residents who go to the hospital or leave for any reason and wish to return to the same room.

Tiffany Heights serves persons in need of intermediate and skilled nursing care.

Facility consist of two private and 29 semi-private rooms.

Private television hookups.

Personal belongings - pictures, chairs, etc. - are welcome as space permits.

Nursing available 24 hours a day from licensed staff under supervision of Medical Director.

All dining service needs are met, including special diets. Family members are always welcome to share a meal.

Individualized care programs and a handicap-equipped van for transportation and doctor appointments are also available.

Rehabilitation programs include physical, occupational, and speech therapy. Restorative program includes physical, occupational, speech therapy, and restorative service.
